About Rasta Returns

Bob Orazem is the president and owner of Rasta Returns. Bob has been preparing tax returns for over twenty years. He has represented many clients in tax court and to the I.R.S.  

Bob was a NYC Police Officer from 1980-1992 and left the job as a Detective in the 72nd pct, Brooklyn. He then worked as a firefighter, and retired in 2000, from Engine 155 on Staten Island.  

Bob holds a bachelors degree from East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania.  

Bob has been preparing personal and corporate tax returns full time since his retirement from civil service. He is an active member of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP).  

Bob has two children Corey, 21, is a student at the College of Staten Island and Jessica, 19,  a student at Kings College in Wilkes Barre, Pa. 

Bob is a huge Track & Field fan and a former national class distance runner.
